I am at a crossroad of life, a new start it seems in various areas. Meet someone special from California, United States. My passions include red wine (I have good taste in judging wines too), art (photographs, etchings, lithographs, glasswork, most any form), music (country rock, classical and baroque and opera) and reading (largely fiction). And people!
I believe I have compassion and empathy plus I know how to both listen and talk. Both! I do some introspection and try to address my own issues when I see them. I even (try to) admit my mistakes, not take myself toooooo seriously and laugh at myself when I do ridiculous things. Generally I love to laugh.
I am interested in what is happening in the country and in the world and I even enjoy the challenge of a brain stimulating conversation.
As most women seem to write “I am warm and compassionate". Me too and I'd add affectionate and sensual. And for me these are even true!
In 2007, I moved from the Los Angeles area up here and I am pleased with the relocation. I love the climate, culture, and values up here, though not necessarily in that order. I was fortunate to find an interesting and stimulating job in the peninsula. I am very close with my sister and her husband who live in the east-bay.
Another very important part of me are my three kids and my six grandkids. I am proud of who all of them are. In fact my license plate contains a true statement, so please deal with it. It says: “My grandchildren are cuter than yours.”
What am I looking for beyond “just” a male? Glad you asked. I greatly value loyalty, integrity, morality both in myself and my “match”. I enjoy and am fan of intimacy! I love to play. I’d like to have fun with a man who shares some or preferably many of my interests and passions. I would hope that whatever this relationship is, it may lead to long-time togetherness.
