I was born and raised here in Los Angeles, moved to Boston, MA for college, and have been back for about a year (It's nice not to have to dig my car out of the snow..really nice). I'm currently in graduate school studying for my Masters in Secondary Education, and teach theater to little children and high schoolers. Meet a guy from Marina del Rey, United States. So....I wasn't too sure about this whole thing, but I figured since I don't really know many people out here I'd give it a shot. I am originally from Ohio and am new to the LA area. I grew up in Ohio but traveled the world with my boarding schools for skiing. I enjoy being active and believe that a body in motion, stays in motion.
Some of my favorite activities since I have moved out here have been running, soccer, volleyball, and taking a beach cruiser down the board walk and watching the street performers. Did you know some guy can do back flips on a Pogo-stick?!?!?! I love the diversity and culture out here. The different musics and foods...and they drive around in trucks!!!
I am an easy going guy that likes to do things spontaneously, I'll try anything once, and I'll do it again if I liked it. I recently jumped out of a perfectly good plane and want to do it again!! I grew up in Strongsville Ohio and was very fortunate that my family would always go on vacations that usually centered around the outdoors which instilled my love for traveling and the outside at a young age. My family is very important to me and I the holidays are my favorite time of year, in part because I get to spend time with them. Seriously, what's not to love about getting to make a bunch of food with your family and then eating till you go into a food coma.
I love food and really enjoy cooking, going to culinary school to be a chef was actually my back up plan for college. Usually I like to grab an ingredient to start with and wing it from there, sometimes it's amazing sometimes not so much but it's all about having fun. I'm also a sucker for amassing cool kitchen gadgets. I have also discovered home brewing which is amazing, it's like cooking but with way more science, plus you end up with a bunch of beer at the end of it!

Meet men and women from Marina del Rey, United States. Surprise me? Life has been an insane adventure for me, and honestly I'm living out a dream job right now in LA (SpaceX). The counterside to all this is that my job takes up most of my time during the week (working ~80hrs a week) and to be completely honest I haven't had much time for getting out on the town and meet new people. Right now I'm looking for someone to hang with at random times, catch a meal with, and maybe go on wild trips to random places for the weekend (Vegas Baby). I'm a huge nerd, love to talk math and science anytime, and would like someone who shares similar interests. I love picking up new hobbies and trying new things (glass blowing anyone?) and I love to build cool stuff. I'm looking at getting more into surfing, maybe putting together a new board. I like music, and I love seeing new movies, plays, everything. Pic's of me standing next to Shoshone Lake in the south west corner of Yellowstone (2 days from civilisation at a minimum) after 3 straight days of hiking and camping in the woods (crystal clear lake, area lit by the milky-way at night, absolutely beautiful). LOVED IT. I've also been to Africa several times, plus Europe, plus the Caribbean, and several other places :)

I've been in LA for less than year as a PhD student in public policy. I love to have fun and try not to take myself or life too seriously, although I sometimes fail at the latter.
