I was married for 23 years and there was just too much missing from that relationship, but I have a wonderful 17 year-old daughter and 15 year-old son as a result. When I moved out of the house, I moved onto my boat and I love it so much that I don't plan to move as long as I'm single. Hope you don't think that's strange (the boat is nicer than most houses, so I'm not suffering too much).
One more note... If you plan to vote for Obama in the upcoming election, I'm sure you are a wonderful person, but we have entirely different views of the role of government in peoples' lives, and it may be a source of great friction between us.
