Date someone special from United States. I'm pretty quiet. When I do open my mouth, I tend to call it how I see it. 1 out of 5 times, I'm really wrong.
I don't care about money, although I'm quite capable of earning it.
I'm not terribly vain, however I do believe in taking good care of myself.
Material possessions don't add much to my sense of well being. I constantly struggle with getting rid of extraneous things in my life. I think the the most important thing I've learned from that experience is that a person needs to interact with other people in order to stay healthy.
I'm starting to realize that how I relate to people has a profound impact on my internal state. I've spent around 3 years in a treehouse in western WA and limited my interactions with society as a whole.
Within a relationship, I try not to lie. I'm generally pretty good about telling the truth, though that hasn't always been the case. Besides honesty, I think both parties need to be able to face problems without running. Of course you need some sort of a spark to get things going, but once the novelty of the spark gets replaced with familiarity, if either person lies or runs...the relationship is pretty much doomed.
