After I retired 4 years ago I wasn't sure what was it that I wanted to do, I played around with my hobbies, restoring classic cars, building harley's and mostly playing golf. My first 2 hobbies are very expensive so I mostly play golf (6 handycapp) Lately I have been volunteering in many local non profits agencies and also the Probation Dept attempting to help young people with their lives.One of my favorite pastimes is helping elder people fix and maintain their homes, I practically melt when I see that look of gratitude, I couldn't buy it with money.I should devote more time for this pastime.
So immersed with all this volunteering that I forget that I need the most important essential in my life and that is a better half, someone who can validate who I am, after all who am I, if I dont have that someone to encourage me and pick me up when I may fall on my kisser.
