I had my daughter later in life and have spent the last 21 years raising her. She was my priority. I also took care of my mother until she passed away in 05. I am ready to do something for me now. (However I would not give up one minute of the last 21 years for anything. My daughter is amazing and I am very blessed to have her.)
My friends say I am fun to be around and I am very loving and loyal to family and friends. My friends and family both know I will always be there for them.
I love the Christmas holidays. I start decorating just before Halloween and love every minute of it. I don't have a large home but I do put up 3 Christmas trees and go all out.
I worked in telecommunication field for many years. I installed the hardware and software for PBX systems and really loved doing it. When the last company I worked for in Irvine closed their California location I decided it was time to try something else. I was also tired of driving 150 miles a day to get to and from work. I now have a great retirement job at a local middle school. I love working with the great kids and find this job very rewarding - even though the money isn't what it was in the big world. I also like all the time off that goes with the school system.
As of April 2012 I have not renewed my membership.
