I am a simple man, i am not a flashy guy, I have a quick wit and good sense of humor. (well I make myself laugh) I have been described as a rugged, burly guy. I dont know if thats true but i do pride myself in being tough mentally and physically. I have also been described as being a big teddy bear. That being said I love music all kinds... I really am not a big fan of camping I like to sleep in a real bed. I dont understand the attraction to the ocean or longs walks on the beach. Maybe i just havnt done it with the right person. Although I have a rescue diver cert. I love to scuba dive and dont get to do it enough. If I could I would move to the Florida Keys and do it every day. I like to travel but if its left to me it wont happen, Im just not a planner but I do follow plans well if someone makes them. I like to run in the hills. (depending on how steep it is you might call it hiking.) I like to make things it gives me great satisfaction and thats what I do for a living. i would like to meet someone that will be my best friend to do most everything with... not everything I do need a little alone time every once in a while. Someone to take care of and that will take care of me. Someone to love forever... you know nothing too heavy!

Whether it’s Tahoe or the Coast I love certain spots and would love to share them with you, I love just about anything having to do with water from swimming to Jetskiing to Scuba Diving (yes I am certified). Summer is almost here and sooner or later the weather will cooperate and I will be found around water during my free time, just missing you being there. Picnic’s, fishing, camping to day trips all are great but can be so much better when shared with or without kids, actually kids bring out the kid in me more. Guess I never grew up!
There is so much left to enjoy together and going it alone is boring. Careers are important but what do you have when you retire if you did it all alone, let’s find that spark and turn it into an inferno. Smoky the Bear says “only you can prevent forest fires!” lets light little fire together and see what happens Huh?

Due to limited social time of late, here I am. I don't know about you, but on-line dating feels a little strange to me. Writing a profile about myself feels like a salesman pitching his wares. - "But wait, there's more, and with every purchase you will receive..." LOL Here is a summary...
I work in executive mangement, and I am involved in TV and motion pictures. I am creative, adventurous, intelligent, loyal, and outgoing. I love to travel and have seen a lot of this world. I can work with my hands, and my brain. I like animals. I dislike pretentiousnous, selfishness, greed, dishonesty, and negativity in people.
I want to meet a person who doesn't have preconceived notions of love. It is laughable and completely unrealistic to me to think that you can invent that perfect person you want to be in love with, and actually find them. I don't entertain lofty ideals created from a fairytale such as "she will be a princess, beautiful, charming, intelligent, loyal, she will one day be a queen, and she will love me for who I am" ... It just doesn't work that way.
