Thunder and dry lightening storms scare me but I enjoy sitting in the hot tub at night and listening to the coyotes yakking it up.
Traveling to new places is a blast! I prefer to mingle with the locals and get out and see a country. I would be the type to find lodgings via Craiglist rather than one to book a cruise. Or book a night somewhere and figure out how and where to launch after that. Favorite travels were to Costa Rica, Belize and snorkeling in Maui.
I love animals, but they don't run my life, so to speak. I have an Icelandic horse and a mini donkey plus a whippet and Boston terrier. Because they are short-haired dogs they sleep in the house at night. The equines sleep outside. :) I also have a pig. His name is Bob. Some have suggested I name him Kevin. Maybe the next one. He is a heritage breed and will go into the freezer in November. Better to know what you are eating and how it was raised. I live on 5 acres not far from downtown Grass Valley and while I am a "country" gal I am not a country gal, if you know what I mean. Conservative-minded cowboy types are not for me.
I like to watch sports which some people find unusual though I don't very often because I have no TV service. Football, NBA (Wow, Nash is on the Laker's!) MLB, Olympics, etc. Probably because of being a single mom with one son (who has left the nest).
Just like you, I would like to see your current photos. The oldest of mine is 4 yrs ago on the swing bridge. The most recent a week ago-the one in the flowered dress. Please be honest about your age and physical condition. I am not sure what category I really fit into physically but I workout at the gym or walk 2-3 times per week and do Pilates 3-4 times per week.
I am looking for a real relationship based on love and respect. Throw in some humor, passion and "I've got your back" attitude and we could conquer the world (or just have fun trying).
