Who I am......I eat, sleep, work, and play. (thats the lame and boring one liner to describe my life). My free time is filled with hanging out with friends. Most people would say i'm laid back and a pretty chatty person. I like to check out different events, races, airshows, or basically anything i'd be able to shoot(photography). My exercise routine is typically various running routes through the LA area(UCLA, BH Niketown, SAMO, Rancho park, manhattan beach, circiling the south bay area, ETC...) i dont really consider myself a HARDCORE runner but it makes me feel like one when friends see me around the city when i'm on a long run.
you can also find me in the kitchen. usually throwing together a new grilled cheese idea, testing out a new chocolate chip cookie recipe or whipping up a couple quarts of ice cream. =) lately i'm trying to get into "wok" cooking. its so quick and easy!
What i'm looking for? hmm...its tough to generalize what i'm looking for since everyone is different and there are always the strengths and weaknesses. I'd just say some basic interests that would be nice to have would be food(cooking & eating) and the random trips here and there to break up the monotony of everyday life. I love learning about different ingredients from all over the world. Recently I finally have my Singapore style chili crab recipe down. Soo good. I believe that life is too short, to restrict yourselves from adventuring out and trying new things. I also believe that you should try everything at least once, what can it hurt? If you don't like it then you don't like it, but you won't know unless you try right?
Working in the hotel industry definitely keeps me busy and especially working In downtown LA, there is always something going on. Although I am very fortunate to be working for a luxury hotel. Even though the hours are crazy at times.
In my spare time I really enjoy cooking for my friends and family. I believe that there may not be a better way to enjoy each other's company than having them over, and providing a great meal with some great wine. I also love going out to eat at restaurants/tapa bars. Especially Japanese Izakaya places. Japanese bar food with sake and beer....what could be better?lol I also spend time exercising to help relieve stress, and shed all the food and drinks. As well as just being a home body sometime catching up on some good t.v. series. I just got into Breaking Bad recently. How did I not watch this before? Such a great show.
