Date people from California, United States. I have a successfull career. I'm pretty good around the house(fixing things that is). I'm 1/2 Italian and have a family that is very close.. I love the country, mountains and the ocean. I like playing basketball, softball and golf . I also enjoy walks or rides along the bluffs, beach or trails, hiking, picnics including a good wine and cheese(want to go wine tasting?), trips to the ballpark or arena to watch a game or staying home and watching a movie(not tv shows). I workout regularly and enjoy coaching my 17year old sons high school soccer team. I'm a little bit of a news junkie. I get asked about the pictures of me on the bridge. Well, it was an adventure that the bridge inspectors that I worked with took me on. At the time I was thier computer support technician. I'm now a project manager and computer analyst for the State of Calif. I'm very blessed to have two wonderfull daughters and one son-in-law doing well on their own (two grandkids too) and a wonderfull son that lives with me. I'm a down to earth person ,.I'm looking for a real person I don't do fake people just be honest.Looks are important (lets be honest that's the first thing that gets your attention) but you have to have a personality to go with it, sense of humor is a must.Its a little harder to meet people on line because the first thing they look at is the age ,I'm a firm believer in your as old as you feel and look ,age is just a number I've seen 20 year olds that look 50 and vice versa.I guess its all how you take care of yourself . When I meet someone at a club age never comes up, but most of the woman you meet in clubs there's just to much drama and to many games ,not for me.Things have really changed and not in a good way,seems to me that alot of the women now a days have no respect for them selves . I'm not looking for a one night stand . I like to get to know someone first. I don't need a woman as much as I would like to have one to share my life with,if that makes any kind of since. I do like to go out at least once a month,so I can get my dance fix and to see whats out there you never know you might meet miss right. I'm kinda quiet at first a little shy until I get to know you .I love to dance, sing,and laugh. I do not want more kids as I barely survived these two! I have two younger brothers who are identical twins. Imagine the fun they had in grammar school! Yes, I could tell them apart.
I am active because of my job, and I have taught martial arts for over 20 years. I have a secure carrer and do not have any debt except my home mortgage. I also enjoy just hanging out and going for a walk in the evening. I have a small photography interest that keeps me busy in a hobby I love. No time to turn it into anything else, it’s just something I admire and enjoy. I ride mountain bikes. I don't go crazy, but it is good non-impact exercise. I also like archery and I shoot competitive pistol (IPPC). I raise, form, and arrange Bonsai. Specifically the Japanese maple. It sooths my soul and makes me happy!
I like camping (with a trailer of course!), the outdoors, motorcycle riding (Harley) and just walking holding hands. I love the beach and the ocean! I was born in San Francisco and visit it often. Yes, really, really born there! I am a talker and a listener and love both equally. I have stable job and stable career.

Date a man from California, United States. Here's a little about me, I was born May 21, 1950 2 am in Oakland, California, joined the U.S. Army in 1968 right after Graduation from High School. I did a three tour of duty in the Army and one year in Vietnam.I got married right after I left Vietnam in 1969,l I was 19 years old. I had two daughters and the marriage lasted until December 1981.My oldest daughter passed on and my surviving daughter has blessed me with three beautiful Granddaughters.They are the only women that light of my life. I have worked all over the U.S. on various engineer projects which is one of the prime reasons why I'm still single, most Women would not like to move as much as I have in the last 25 years. But now is the time in my life that I have to refocus my goals and consider what I must do too attract and keep a good woman. I lost my partner to Ovarian cancer we had been together for over 44 years (our marriage wasn't perfect) we had to work together as a team to make it last which we did. We married 3 times in 3 different environments or churches!! the last time was on top of the world in Peru on top of Machu Picchu by a Inca Shaman on our 25th year of life together , what a fantastic experience that was! so my religious beliefs are wide open and I respect all beliefs. I have 3 great children and 3 wonderful grandchildren close by and love to spend time with them.
Over the years I've learned life is very short we were sent here for a reason my belief is we're teachers I've learned so many things from so many people. I believe in taking each day as it comes and to be thankful for that day. I respect peoples independence, and their thoughts and feelings. AM I crazy very well could be !!! but I try very hard to love life, and to respect other people I'm very sentimental, and caring! do I cry? men I was told don't cry but I do cry and I'm proud that I can show my feelings.
