I can be wacky, serious, surreal and bodacious, but above all the foundation of my life is in practicing being in the present and engaged in an ever unfolding process of self inquiry. When not immersed in a creative project, you will find me 'cloud hidden whereabouts unknown' in the hills of West Sonoma County (or Marin,) or sequestered in my far infrared sauna (big enough for two!) reading a Buddhist text or a good novel. I feel most at home when out in nature.
A shared spiritual foundation is paramount, which translates to a perspective that life's journey is a meaningful learning experience and that even life's losses can be valuable lessons when considered in the right light. A sense of playfulness and spontaneity is essential, as is a great sense of humor.
