I have worked a long time for a future that I thought was a mutual goal with someone that I lived with for 27 years and made 2 great kids with. Both of my kids are adults that followed in my careear path. I did not push them into my occupatation, to the contrary. I always told them " that as long as you love your job, you'll never have to work a day in your life". There are a lot of very happy truck drivers out there. My soon to be ex-wife informed me, 2 days after my daughter left for her career that she had lost our house to foreclosure, and cannot account for a vast amouts of money. I trusted her implicitly and was devestated by the news. My trust level is pretty low right now, but I know that I have to move on and start meeting ladies that don't have alterior motives. I know that they are out there. I realize that I am not a Tom Selleck or Matthew Mchoneghey, but I have a lot of friends that can and will vouch for my character and sense of humor. The many of friends that my ex-wife and I had are now pretty much my friends now, not hers, which means a lot to me. They know what happened and what kind of person I am. and what kind of person she is. I am a very passionanate person who sometimes lets his emotions get the best of him.(OK, alot of times) I'm getting better. I am just looking for someone that I can trust, doesn't want to sit in front of a TV all day, and won't take advantage of me. As I look at the "tips" portion, The things that I am most proud of are my kid's and also the most grateful for. They are the greatest things that ever happened to me, along with my Chochlate Lab "Marley", who I havn't been able to see for a couple of months.

I am also confident, and very open about who I am, and not afraid to show that to others. I will laugh out loud during a funny play, or cry during a sad movie (I prefer to laugh, though!!!). I am very encouraging of others, and I keep bitterness, resentment, blame, and the like out of my life. I am emotionally calm - except for the laughing part, and I believe that any issues can be resolved with discussion and understanding. I like to travel, to hike, to experience life. I am not a fan of television generally, and almost never watch it, but will occasionally, if with someone else.
