Date someone special from United States. I was raised in the Bay Area but born in Hawaii.
To start with, I tend to look at things as half full than empty; I'm laid back and easy going for the most part. I always try to seek any positives in any bad situation
I'm a big sports nut, though I prefer college over pro. I prefer New Year’s Day over Super Bowl Sunday. And there is nothing like March Madness and the NCAA Basketball Tournament , especially this year where I got to see it live in Phoenix
I still play basketball on a weekly basis. Also, with the weather getting nicer and days getting longer, my golf clubs are out for another season of a weekly league as well as a few trips to courses outside the Bay Area
Away from sports, I do like to cook, though I don’t do it as much as I would like to.
My musical tastes range from rock to smooth jazz.
I don't have any real specifics of what I am looking for. If I had to start somewhere, it would be someone that I can laugh with. Also, with summer approaching, someone that enjoys concerts and/or festivals. The rest we would wait and see.
If you would like to more about me, drop me a line
Meet single man from United States. Simple things are sometimes the best. Comfortable silences and feeling like you can be yourself in front of someone is priceless, to quote the credit card commercial. You can go on all the trips, see all the shows and laugh at all the parties, but after those things are over are you excited to go home with your partner. Can you have great conversations together, laugh at each others jokes and mutually respect each other after years of being together. How about that older couple that's still walking hand in hand down the street. How often do you see that. It's always the rarest things that are the most valuable. It's what we all want. For now, I'd be happy with a pleasant conversation over a cup of good coffee. Then, maybe, if the planets are aligned right, move on from there. I am a landscape designer and installer and couldn't think of a better way to make a living. I'd like to drive ad explore the Oregon coast someday with the right person. I like foreign and independent films as well as the occasional Hollywood movie as long as its not too formulaic. I love spending a rainy day watching a movie with someone while a fires burning. I like exploring new places and taking pictures and then comparing the different perspectives we had after. Sitting in a cafe on a Saturday afternoon watching people walk by, having a stimulating conversation or just reading the paper. Everything's better when you have the right person to share it with.
