The loss of several close friends in the past year and working in a hospice facility has made me realize that the loving relationships we have formed are the fruits of a 'successful' life. Why are we so close, yet so distanced from that universal truth? If any of this strikes a chord, why not respond? Distance is irrelevant, if the music is soulful.
