Exercise and outdoor activities are how I spend a good portion of my free time. I get into spurts of playing golf, and I play softball in the city league. A girl who is really close to her family and friends and can always make time for those who matter most. One who has an open mind and is willing to try new things. Obviously, we are not going to enjoy the exact same activities but it would be really cool for someone to be interested in what I'm doing and maybe even try it.

I'm a laugh now and cry never kind of guy, well, not never... just when the situation truly warrants it. I enjoy unique senses of humor, they are the ultimate turn-on. I can laugh at myself and in a group of friends. I love my family to death. My mom and pop are like King and Queen to me, the very fabric of my being was instilled in me through them at a very early age, and I attempt to work as hard and as smart as they have, in hopes that I can be mentioned as the same breath as the two. My dream is two retire the both of them, so they can run around and do whatever the heck they do when I'm not around ;)
I'm absolutely in LOVE with my career, as soon as I graduated and locked the job down that I knew I wanted, it snowballed from there. I can't stress enough how important it is to me to wake up in the morning and get ready for a job that does not make me unhappy while getting prepared for, but rather gives me inspiration and gratitude for being in such a position.
Lastly, I'm definitely looking for that one. I'm also not one to rush things, I like to take things at a pace that will allow me to enjoy but still analyze my current situation.

I am learning how to cook, and I like building things... I'm not particularly handy so programming, designing software systems, and cooking are my creative outlets.
I work for a small business - we're not quite a startup any more - leading the technical development teams. We have a couple of products under way, one of which is on the market and making money! I also oversee our delivery (i.e. consulting) developers. It's a time-consuming job and can be frustrating at times, but I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and in my work environment in general.

I grew up in Carlsbad, love to be outside and try and make the most out of everyday life.
In my free time I love being outside, spending quality time with my 7yr old daughter, family and friends. I enjoy going out on the town for a fun night (once in awhile) or staying in and watching a movie. I enjoy a glass of wine here and there (usually at social events or dinner, but it's not a must). I love people watching. I've always wondered what makes people do the things they do. It can be very fascinating. I love going to Ice Hockey games. I grew up on the ice Figure Skating so it makes me feel at home a bit. I just started taking a Zumba class at 24 hr fitness and I am loving it. On weekends I will be anywhere from the park , the pool or a good bbq. I love food (admit it who doesnt, hence the above Zumba classes at 24hr fitness haha)
I believe I am independent but want to be loved and treated right as I would do the same for my partner. I will always say how I am feeling, no guessing games. I am big on respect for myself and others, I am a true believer in that old saying "you get what you give" Life is short and we only have one shot at it, we better do it right, but its also never to late.
