Basically, I am very thoughtful, caring, athletic and intellectual.. I enjoy an active life, wether it be exercise or travel or more likely both. I like to have fun, and do a lot socially - meeting friends or having them over for dinner, and traveling together. Once I have had some exercise, I enjoy chilling with a book, glass of wine, or person I care about for conversation.
I have lived in London, Hong Kong and briefly Spain, and travel consistently to places like. London, Italy, Spain, Swiss Alps, Carribean, Mediterranean... you name it and I will enjoy going there!
I am interested in people that are accomplished and independant. I am tactile and romantic, and a friendship that builds into a romance would be intimate continuously. I hold these truths to be self evident 1—I am terrible at this online dating thing. 2—I am pathologically obsessed with food and yet have no desire to cook. 3—Things happen when you actually do something to make them happen not just talk about making them happen. There, those are all the high points. We’re done. OK, there are a few other tid bits about me. I’m basically a workaholic because I really enjoy what I do. I’m a veterinarian and it was a very laborious road to get to that point. But, I have enjoyed almost everything about it. And hey, who wouldn’t love working with puppies and kittens all day long. That’s what I’m talking about. I’ve been single for a long time because I really hate the bar scene and consider myself mildly socially inept when meeting new people. (Crazy, I know) That’s when I thought online dating would work for me. Unfortunately, I haven’t quite proven to be a master at that either. However, the journey continues.
A few other interesting details-- I love to shop and eat. I think going to the movies is fantastic and would love a partner to do that with. IРІР‚в„ўm not the best traveler. Airplanes freak me out. I canРІР‚в„ўt stand flying over water. If you ever saw Airport 77 youРІР‚в„ўll know why. It was about a 747 crashing into the ocean and trapping the passengers under 100 feet of water. A little paranoia never hurt anyone.
Some other things I enjoy are hanging in SF. Going to Giants games, being at the beach, DIY projects at home and, of course, eating. I do enjoy the CrowРІР‚в„ўs Nest, Oswalds and MichaelРІР‚в„ўs on Main. All those places are fabu and there are so many others to check out.
I know I sound obsessed about food (because I probably am) but, itРІР‚в„ўs because IРІР‚в„ўm Italian. Italians love to eat, talk and be with family and friends and I am no different. I grew up in San Francisco so the city is second nature to me. I spend a lot of time there.
It would be great to find someone to share the mundane with. IРІР‚в„ўd love to have someone else tell me they are sick of their oatmeal too sometimes. IРІР‚в„ўm a pretty simple individual who doesnРІР‚в„ўt have a lot of wants or needs. My favorite clothes are jeans and flip flops. To me, happiness is having someone to laugh with, someone to eat with and someone to share lifeРІР‚в„ўs everyday moments with.
