The qualities I find most important in a man are kindness and humor; it is so nice to be able to laugh about life together. I think a real man, one who can feel and be true to their strengths and weaknesses is the best thing around.
Coming from a big family I enjoy kids and family gatherings where there is always lots of food and noise. My folks have been married for 45 years so I appreciate the struggles and joys of blinding personalities, families and lives together. From my love of family I have a positive view of life and want to make this lifetime worthwhile.
I love swimming in the sea (though I'm pale so I always wear my big swim hat, be prepared to laugh:). Hiking on shady trails or traveling to interesting places around Europe are favorites. I have yet to meet a slice of bread I didn't love and Italian food is by far my favorite type of cuisine. Raised in southern California I have lived around the west and found my favorite hobby is probably enjoying a rainy day to read a good book by the window.
