II enjoy living a healthy active life style. Working out several times a week and eating healthy are not a chore for me but a way of life. In order to enjoy my hobbies(surfing,hiking,snow boarding) i have to stay in relatively good shape. I left coporate America a few years ago to be able to live the life style that I wanted;more vacation time,less work hours,more time with family & friends,time to shop & prepare food at home,etc.
