I am very young at heart, look and feel great for 56, (my photos are definitely recent and accurate), so I am really looking for a man who is also very active. One cannot reach this age (50 something) without having gone through a few "tests" of strength and character. No question I am one woman who has definitely overcome alot of challenges with alot of grace, and thanks to the "optimistic" and "resilient" genes, both of which I inherited from a great set of parents, I am on to a brand new chapter of my life, that hopefully will include a great guy who I can enjoy a really great relationship with, in every sense of the word. Born, raised and university educated in Montreal, Canada, Southern CA has been my home since the late 70's. I have had a successful career in the home video/dvd distribution field for some 30 years, having owned my own video/dvd distribution company for 10 of those 30 years. For the past 2 years I have been working full time for a national dvd distribution company as Director of Sales. I have also developed another business which I hope will grow in the coming year. The outlook is quite positive,
requires alot of patience but overall I am making good progress.
I have 2 wonderful daughters, a 20 year old away at college and an almost 8 year old living at home with me. At this point, some of you may stop reading but some of you may in fact continue, but regardless I will continue writing.....So, it's clear that with a young child living at home and a full time job, I do have a rather full plate, but I really don't find it difficult to balance my life, I make it all work, the key is flexibility. If the mutual attraction is there, if the man I am with is capable of being flexible, then that is all that it will really take for a relationship to flourish with me. All I can say is that I have come to the conclusion that meeting someone to have a great relationship with has more to do with luck & timing. No matter what someone's life circumstance is, if there is a strong
mutual chemistry and attraction, there is no life circumstance that can or will stand in the way of having a great relationship, filled with fun, romance and passion.
In terms of interests, I love movies, concerts, smooth jazz, local/weekend travel, being outdoors, the usual, IРІР‚в„ўm very easygoing and agreeable to most suggestions.

Meet a woman from California, United States. It is time for me to have my best relationship ever!! The hardest part of my life is over and I would like to share this chapter with a great love. I had a very long career in the pharmaceutical industry and raised three children, who are young adults now. I work part time and enjoy the things I want to do. I am fairly independent, I guess people call this low maintenance. Having been a long distance runner in my past, I currently ride a road bike several times a week. I belong to a club and once or twice a year I ride 100 miles (referred to as a century) I belong to a yoga studio and partake in several classes per week. Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice for me. I love to hike and in general enjoy activities that are outside more than inside. My man doesn't have to bike, or take yoga. I can do this with or without you. I am very eclectic in my tastes and open to new ideas and experiences. It is my nature to not make quick decisions, but to let things unfold naturally.
