In other words, you need to be a fellow sexual creature (if not l33t at least willing to experiment and have fun learning those skills). Laughter and play is very important. If you can imagine coming over and seeing I've built a fort from sofa cushions and sheets so we can eat junk food and watch bad movies and be EXCITED about it, then I might be right for you.
