I enjoy helping out kids and adults learn taekwondo and am working towards getting my certification. I do it simply for the exercise, learning new things, and helping others do the same. It has taught me a lot about myself and others. I really think it helps others build self-confidence and I am happy to be part of it. I have taken an affinity to running and am currently running 3 days a week. I have a goal to run a 5k in the next 6 months and then hope to run a 10k within a year. I have found that running after a long day at work tends to have some therapeutic qualities. I may not be the fastest but, I tend to go the distance and meet my goals.
As far as what i am looking for, probably the same thing you are. I don't know if I will ever find what I am looking for but, you have to start somewhere. I always try to find the best in everything, if nothing else I made another friend.
So some of the quirky things, I do not like coffee, not sure that I ever will. Not a fan of smoking, and prefer not to be around smokers. I rarely drink, I do not have a problem if other people are.
