I was born and raised in Oakland California the west coast is really the only place I would want too be, it doesn't get better than this. I love too cook, enjoying outdoor activities, traveling and also I enjoy those lazy days when I can just watch a movie and relax.
My roots run pretty deep here and I am really involved in the community, I work in the Oakland Public Library I get the opportunity too go around the city helping those who need support. I really love my job, I think the best part of working in the library is the staff who are equally as kind and determined too helping others but you can't forget the kids! They always brighten up my day when I see them get excited about their picture books, It melts my heart :) My co-workers say I'm a warm, loving person who's great with kids I guess you can say I am really a kid at heart myself!
Aside from my career I also attend college as a full-time student and I love it. I would like too eventually open a business of my own I have always been a kind of entrepreneur at heart but who knows where life will take me.
I also have a taste for the better things in life and enjoy cooking up new foods and trying out different recipes. I love all kinds of foods from all around the world, as long as it taste good ill get busy in the kitchen!
II'm a pretty determined and focused individual, I'll admit when I get an idea that I like or if there is something that I want I wont let anything stop me from achieving my goals and most importantly I wont ever give up on my dreams. One of the things I am really proud of my self for is how I am building my own car too race hopefully in the professional leagues once I get out there and win some championships, but for now its one of my hobbies that help take my mind off of things and allows look forward too something. I am putting a 07 Corvette engine into a Nissan 240sx and its really been a love hate relationship trying too make them compatible. Even with no preview experience I love struggling with the car figuring out how things work. Its been more than a year now but all my hard work is about too pay off, it has been a dream of mine too finally be able too race and I am a firm believer in your job being something you really enjoy so you don't have too work a day in your life! This all has been a humbling experience and I realize now that, its not about your destination its about the journey along the way.
I like serious relationship but everything starts off as friends, I think its really important that I'm comfortable with someones personality. Meet a boy from Arkansas, United States. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia but moved to Los Angeles (626!) for High School and later to San Diego for college. Generally reserved with people I don't know but quite talkative and laid back when i'm with friends. Many say that I'm hilarious and funny but the spontaneous humor of mine stems from the many different cultures I've experienced growing-up.
I studied at UC San Diego majoring in Structural Engineering but moved up to NorCal for a job with Black and Veatch Construction/Engineering Firm in Dublin, CA. I was previously a design engineer but the lack of interaction with people made me switch over to construction management where socializing and team work is as challenging as the technical aspects of the job.
I've played and enjoyed many sports but basketball and swimming would be my favorites.
I've always been a people-person and developed that personality after being involved with the high school student body, talent shows, throwing parties in college, and working as a student manager/trainer for the dining halls at UCSD. Music's been a big thing for me since I was young, I like to sing, dance and do karaoke but wouldn't do it alone. My lifestyle now has slowed down for the most part, with my energy spent mainly on work. Wild parties and often late night outings have been overshadowed with trying new places to eat and catching up with old friends.
