I was in the Marine Corp in the early 70s,I joined a yacht club in the late 90s.went from the bottom of the ranks on the board to the top and then to membership chair where i sit today on the board. I have been a jack of all trades since I got out of the service. was a faithful,Honest family man till death did we part. I like to go for weekend sails which I would enjoy company. You don't need to know how to sail just a willingness to learn. like to cook, socialize,and have fun, I don' drink a lot matter fact you might call me the designated driver I will have an occasional mixed drink but social drinking on her part to loosen up or relax is OK. no alcoholics please. share cooking. It is a seasonal job but I have raised two children and kept a roof over our head and food on the table. I live very modest but enjoy life at the same time. as a membership chair at the club I guess one might say I am social. Fun, sociable, loving, psychically fit, honest, trusting, sincere, and some one who cares for others, I still spend as much time as I can with my children and grand kids, then there is my mom I spend almost every Sunday with she is 81 and still works. then I cook at the club 3 times a year for people who are not as fortunate or may not have any family to visit. I cook Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day and I turn no one away. I volunteer for cleaning our water ways once or twice a year
