Meet a guy from Arkansas, United States. Hello everyone. I am not to great at writing about myself since I am not really sure what you would like to know about me. I'm a little outdoorsy, but only when the weather is nice or when it's raining. Thunderstorms are pretty awesome too, especially if you are on top of a mountain and the storm surrounds you. It's a pretty awesome sight. I've been told that it really isn't that safe to be on top of a mountain during a thunderstorm, but most times you don't have a choice. Storms come in pretty fast.
I can grow a pretty mean beard, although I only during the winter. It's pretty cool to grow icicles on your face when you ski. Makes you feel like a 19th century explorer. I only wear pajamas around my house, because that is the only acceptable time to wear them. Although I will watch sports, I don't really get too into them with the exception of playoff hockey. I'll watch those games even if the Bruin's aren't in the series.
I'm not really sure how I would describe my personality but the term awesome comes to mind. Some of my friends describe me as Mac from "It's Always Sunny," which is probably a more accurate description then I could give. Well I am sure that this has not been that informative about who I am but maybe interesting enough to make you say hi. Or maybe wink since that is much easier.

I’ve lived in Mountain View for the last two years, just long enough to make a decent tour guide when friends/family visit. I moved here for work from Hermosa Beach where I lived while getting my Masters at SC. Its name means beautiful for a reason and miss days at the beach and nights on the pier. I can’t decide which is better, the beaches or mountains, but I love to ski… if only Tahoe would be more cooperative with snow next year. I’m originally from Kansas City and nothing makes me happier than BBQ and Kansa s basketball, Rock Chalk!
I love to travel, especially to catch up with family and friends who are spread throughout the country. I am a big fan on mini weekend adventures and making the most out of a few days. I want to travel internationally more; I’ve been to Asia a few times, but would like to get to Europe next. I like to experience different cultures through food and love to try new things; I’m not picky at all. I’m definitely the guy to order the weird thing on the menu. How do you know if you like it if you don’t try it? I enjoy being outdoors and try and take advantage of all the beautiful hiking areas around here. Napa counts as hiking right?
I stay active and go to the gym almost every day over lunch. I love to cook and make most of my own meals. I try and avoid things that come out of boxes or have ingredients with more than three syllables. If it sounds like something you make with a chemistry set instead of in kitchen, then it’s probably not good for you. What is good for you: French bread, cheese, cured meat and red wine. And they say you can’t buy happiness.
So if you’re still reading this, what am I looking for in a new best friend? Well… I want a woman who is intelligent, caring and knows who she is and what she wants to become.
