The truth is, I love to eat. I have an appreciation for food that is not only unbelievably pleasing to the palate, but also good for you. I have a friend who has told me on numerous occasions while witnessing me chow down that he has never seen anyone eat so much in one sitting!
I was once asked to name things I could not do without in my life. I gave it quite a bit of careful consideration and I believe it provides much insight to the kind of person I have become. My list includes: My daughter. She is everything to me and is responsible for much of the goodness in my life. Prayer. It's how I end my day. It gives me comfort, peace and the hope for better things to come. It helps me in my quest to become a kinder person. My wonderful friends. They are loving and supportive.
