After much encouragement from my family I thought I would give the on-line scene a try. Oh, and forgive my profile picture as every decent picture I have has others in it.
I have old-fashion values with some modern upgrades! I believe that a relationship should have mutual respect, trust, commitment, honesty, love and passion (the list is endless). Relationships are a partnership with common values and goals. Not something to just be tossed aside at the first disagreement.
I really do not like talking about myself but here goes: I'm a little shy until I get to know someone, my friends have described me as "the strong silent type, very good natured, great sense of humor, would do anything for anyone, not afraid of commitment, one of the nicest kindest people I know, easy going and etc..." I definitely do not have to be the life of the party!
Who am I looking for? Someone that feels the same way I do about relationships. Someone who likes to have their hand held in public, to have doors held open for them, to always feel that spark and someone just as passionate and affectionate as I am. I enjoy dinners out as much as pizza and a movie at home. The important thing for me has always been just being with that special someone.

Family has always been my number one priority. The best part of my day has always been heading home after work to see my kids and find out how their day has been. Three have already left the nest so I'm enjoying every minute spent with my youngest. Although those minutes are coming fewer and further between since he is about to turn 16, start high school, involved in everything and spends half his time at his mothers. Maybe grandkids one day!
Please do not think of all of this sentiment as being wimpy! I enjoy "man stuff" like watching football (don't worry I'm not addicted), hiking, biking, fishing, camping and working on projects around the house. Sometimes it's just fun to get in the car and take a day trip somewhere.
