Former elite level competitive cyclist and cross-country ski racer, been involved in competitive endurance sports since high school. Now I train for the love of being fit and it's great stress relief! The great outdoors is also another big part of my life - hopefully it's the same for you. Staying healthy is very important to me (always wear eye protection and sunscreen) - perhaps that's why people think I am much younger. All my physical tests show results for someone half my age. I'm very in tune with my body and treat mine well. I enjoy trail running, hiking, canoeing, backpacking, and much, much more.
Colorado is a great playground. Have enjoyed mountain biking and trail running near Golden - Lookout Mountain and Apex trails - included a couple of images: looking west up Lookout and back east to Golden.
