I was sitting at Jose's on Dickson street needing to relax a little bit and had a taste for bad Karaoke and fantastic fajitas. The karaoke was indeed bad, but the fajitas were fantabulous as always...but I ended up working the entire time. The story of my life. The reality is I need to take the time to nurture friendships even if I'm out of town often...So I'm changing my profile to work on friendships. I can be an excellent wingman even if I'm not your type. I always pay for dinner....MY RULE. Yes, I have life dreams and I'm learning to take time for myself. I like to be around people so I am "forcing" myself to get out an about to feel connected to humanity. The following was my original profile, but at the end of the day I'm Peter Pan who wants the deeper things in life, but has too much work responsibility to be able to embrace those things it seems. But I love to hear life stories and I can engage anyone. If you live close to Fayetteville and just want to be yourself and let loose without having to try to impress a guy and have an enjoyable evening, I'm very likely your guy whether your 20 or 35. I spend time in just about every major city in the US...but I love Fayetteville. I just don't know anyone outside work and don't really feel like hanging out listening to great music and sometimes bad karaoke with 60 year olds I am surrounded by in my environments. ....to my original profile...
I'm a risk taker and I'm not afraid to make decisions. I enjoy the pleasures of life that most may be afraid of. I appreciate women and their beauty and look for someone with similar insights into what they want in life. I recently found out I like to watch a woman get ready to go out. Make-up application is completely fascinating to me. ...and OMG, what a head of hair goes through! I like girly girl types and sorority types. I suffer from Peter Pan syndrome. The verdict is still out whether I can be cured of that. I don't have children....never really wanted any...but it is becoming more of a thought pressing on the grey matter. I always considered myself too immature to handle them. In fact, I've held a baby maybe a half a dozen times...just being honest. I do like younger women. Somehow we just meet in the middle mentally. I take care of myself and I like the same of a lady. Having said that, there are a lot of women who call themselves "average" but fall into the slender/athletic category.
Because of what I do, I tend to read jokes daily to lighten the stress. Here is my recent favorite...
A country preacher decided to skip services one Sunday and head to the hills to do some bear hunting. As he rounded the corner on a perilous twist in the trail, he collided with a bear, sending him and his rifle tumbling down the mountainside. His rifle went one way, and he went the other, landing on a rock and breaking both legs.
That was the good news. The bad news was the ferocious bear was chargingat him, and he couldn't move.
"Oh, Lord," the preacher prayed, "I'm so sorry for skipping services today to come out here and hunt. Please forgive me and grant me just one wish: Please make a Christian out of that bear that's coming at me. Please, Lord!"
That very instant the bear skidded to a halt, fell to its knees, clasped its paws together and began to pray aloud at the preacher's feet:
"Dear God, bless this food I am about to receive..."

I am honest, extremely flexible and love to have fun. I used to be an avid runner and I am just now getting back into that groove after a knee injury while skiing.

I guess most of my time has been consumed with my job and two teenage daughters (13 & 15) and a 10 year old son Yay Me!!. But I'm thinking it is time to get out make some new friends and hopefully find that special someone that makes me smile and gives me butterflies when I see her smile. I am a pretty laid back kind of guy that has a huge heart and def cannot handle the whole drama thing. I enjoy cooking and grilling out with friends and family and also love watching the Food Network Channel. I am a huge sports fan (especially the Hogs) and enjoy the outdoors. Spend a lot of time on Beaver Lake wth friends on the weekend during Spring and Summer going wakeboarding and chilling on a pontoon. Also love going camping, hiking and floating in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. I like to think of myself as a fairly simple laid back kind of guy. A little on the shy side at first, but as I get to know you it doesn't take me that long to get past it. I love to laugh and joke around. I'm not saying I am, but some may say I might be a little too mischievous for my own good. I'm just saying you might hear that from other people...anyway. I do like to sleep in on those "got nothing planned" occasions. The funny part to that is, I don't like being late. Especially when someone is expecting me. I enjoy making a mess cooking. I don't really like doing clean up, but no one else wants to either. Some crazy way of thinking about you made the mess, you clean it up.
