When I do get out, I spend most of my time out to with friends eating or kicking back and catching some live music mostly because I get bored sitting around the house. My cat's not the biggest conversationalist and there is only so much reality tv you can take.
I'm looking for someone that appreciates when I let my odd sense of humor show but also likes when I'm being serious (it happens on occassion). It would also be nice to have someone to travel with or just curl up on the couch to watch a movie that I will most likely not pick out.

By that, I mean my memory is made by Etch-A-Sketch. I can be all serious one moment, then ask the most random and completely unrelated question the next breath.
Add to this I have a 5 year old daughter who lives with her mom here locally most of the time when she's not here visiting me. Her mom and I are still on good terms though and are still friends of sorts even though she's moved on, so my "baggage" is very minimal.
Mostly I want to find a lady that can remind me that I'm worth a damn and maybe appreciates when I do my best to remind her that she's special too. I really like doing the little sentimental things for no reason, but haven't had a woman that reciprocated that in over a decade. Also, it would be nice if my mate was a rennie, or at least had the interest in history to put up with me being one! I have a youtube channel with a couple of vids if you'd like to hear my voice or see the most current me.
For the record, I am trying to get more active, eat better, and loose the extra poundage, so if you're into fitness folks; I'm trainable. *chuckle*
SUMMARY: I'm looking for a Lady who is strong in spirit and can stand the line with me when things get rough, but who is also capable of compassion, patience, and creativity. I want a woman that can curl up and find safety in my arms, and on the rare occasion, take me to their arms when I refuse to show I'm in need of comforting myself. No man is invincible, we all just think we are. She must appreciate the little things in a relationship and romanticism when it's randomly displayed. Jeans/shorts and t-shirts are great, but the ability to get semi-formal from time to time is a big plus for an occasional trip to the theater or night on the town. Even if she is a little "rough around the edges" that's perfect, because it adds character and keeps things interesting especially if she has a great deal of self-confidence; you don't have to have a models body (never did like being able to count ribs), but carrying yourself with confidence and having a great personality is a huge bonus in my book.

I moved to Little Rock about 2 years ago from Fayetteville for work so I am relatively new to the area. I am originally from Toronto Canada.
