I am a walking contradiction. Basically I am hard to define.
I am just a great big kid in a mans body. Inside I am a 20 year old kid, but I am also a grown man who takes care of his fantastic boys. I love to kick back with them and play Wii games, or take them to the park or lay on the ground and build "Lego" stuff, or bang big plastic lightsabers around with them :)

I love to watch movies ( I will drive you nuts with movie quotes), and good television (ditto on that too). I enjoy reading and art. For example poetry, I do happen to write a little, and I am a fairly good artist and I enjoy good films and love to discuss them and the directors and any subtext, but I can also turn my brain off and watch a popcorn flick :) or I could also kick your ass at Halo, or Battlefield :)
I can enjoy kicking back with a girl on the couch and watch a chick flick or something artsy, and I enjoy getting different foods, at little hole in the wall places, (I prefer spicy if you can handle it ;)
I love family gatherings, Bar-B-Q's, relaxing with friends, I am not really into the club thing, but I can relax in a bar have a drink with friends, go bowling or goofy golfing, or maybe do laser tag.

Perspective:
Just an FYI. I have learned since my divorce that one must be complete alone, before you can be ready to be in a relationship with someone else. If you cannot be complete alone, your not ready to date someone else. And while I am a romantic at heart, I don't believe in "completing" yourself with someone, but that you find someone who compliments you, who you respect and respects you back, who challenges you, who has similar interests in life yet is different. Someone who you can trust, and share with, laugh with, and give your heart over to by choice. Love is important, and good, but choosing to give yourself over to someone and share your life with them is a life long choice that we make. It's not just some crazy impulse. Not that it's bad don't get me wrong, but the feeling takes a backseat to the choice we make. Ok, thats my perspective on that lol.
Hobbies/Favorite Things/Etc:
Good Mexican food, Thai food is awesome, I love Sushi, Indian Food, the works of Joss Whedon, I watch movies usually more for the director then anything else, but I am totally open minded to new things or just an action or comedy flick too.
TV shows include House/Heroes/Dollhouse/Greys/Project Runway/Kitchen Confidential/The Office/ quality stuff :)
