Have traveled and lived away from home for most of my life, working in 44 states and a few countries. I still like to travel, but prefer domestic road trips over other areas and methods of travel. Guess I'm a bit road weary and tired these days. Like to fish and camp, but prefer to shower in a three star hotel. I will settle for less, or just stay at a lake cabin. Would like to try a cruise someday, as I've missed a fun adventure I'm sure. Want to ride a train across Canada, too, and float the Grand Canyon, at least in part, if the body can take it. Aging is not for the faint of heart.
I've had a grand life in general, tasting most facets of mankind's humanity and inhumanity. Seen many places and experience much, even that beyond description. Felt starvation and the estcasy of jungle dance with 2,000 Chakma warriors. I've strolled trails in Burma, wandered Katmandu's streets, played with Kaptia's wild elephants, drank Hong Kong beer, lunched at the Yak-n-Yetti, photographed Everest from 22,000, drank gin in Chittagong, smelled Dacca's stinch, boated marlin in Porta Vallarta, walked the streets of Sertazino and dined at the Penguin in Riberto Preto, SP. Would like to do a little more light traveling in my latter years, maybe Europe, or Australia. I've not been there, yet.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for, maybe just peace and calm, but I do so love the scent of a woman I love. I don't like agressive loud women, or clingy possessive types either. After all, we share a natural son plus two other sons, too, I got on with my life after a couple of months and would not want to go back. For insurance we remain tied. All the boys stay in touch with me and I will always be there for the boys if they need me. Currently, I'm feeding ferral cats in the evening as fate randomly placed me in view of their skeletal bodies. Reminded of my skeletal days, I found food for them and started a nightly event. Life is not fair, nor does it care, but it's end awaits all.
