Where do I start? I never imagined I woud try online dating. I have been widowed for over 8 years, I have 4 sons and 3 step sons, all live away from home. For 3 years I pretty much wrapped myself up with family and friends to keep busy. I moved to Mississippi and was working In Memphis, TN for 3 years, moved to Albuquerque for 2 years, and finally decided it was time to come back home to be with family and friends. God has blessed me with so many new friends through Bible Study Groups and favorite Churches. It took me a while but I finally realized God had plans for me to come back to Arizona.
Writing about myself and going online to meet people is very hard to do, but just like you I guess it is just as hard for you as well. My job keeps me busy and I'm not able to get out to places where I can meet people. I'm not into hanging out at the bars or clubs to meet people, but I do enjoy going to a club, sports bar or dinner to have drinks with friends and family. I miss having someone to share all those moments and fun days with. I love to laugh and have a great time, I hope to meet someone who does the same. I used to be very out going, did a lot of walking, going to the beach, enjoying the outdoors, take weekend or day trips to somewhere new, going to the movies, I love to sit back and enjoy concerts in the parks, live entertainment of any kind. Once in a while I love going to the Casinos for all the glitz and noise - the penny machines can be very entertaining. I love to people watch. It would be great to find a partner or friend to do all these activities with again. I am in the Relocation business and I stay busy with my job. It would be nice to have someone in my life again, to have a reason to come home to,. to share conversations with, I want to know how your day was, I want a man who can make me laugh and who also has a great Love for God. A man who understand we are not 25 years old any more, therefore, we do not have a body of a 25 year old either. Though my mind cares to differ with that statement until I have to get out of bed in the morning,. LOL, you know what I mean....all the creaking aches and pains of the bones and joints until they get moving. Im still a work in progress for the 40 year old body! I want a man who would love to stay busy or to cuddle up on the sofa. I love to cook when I have someone or a group to cook for, I love to entertain, or just hang out at home.
