I enjoy making people laugh (dry humor of course)! I enjoy good company, and good conversation. I am a Christian, and go to church on Sundays. I enjoy dancing, although I could use some improvement...I love working out, but have not been able to do much because of my work schedule. Love raw foods - a good salad with all the veggies is awesome with some good olive oil and balsamic vinegar...also love a good bowl of pasta!
I love the beach (and yes long walks on them with good company :-) ) A relaxing evening at home is awesome and so is flying to Thailand to go rock climbing! I love meeting new interesting good people, visiting different countries, and finding great spots locally.
I enjoy shooting off to San Diego, Vegas, or the Grand canyon for a long weekend and seeing the sights and getting away from it all.

ABOUT ME: I’m an Arizona native (yes we do actually exist) who has traveled quite a bit but never lived anywhere else. I have a small but great family who are also scattered throughout the state, which is probably why I never left?? I work as an audiologist (ear doctor) so needless to say I’ve spent WAY too many years in school for most people’s liking! I tend to be very laid back, honest, optimistic and am usually the first to laugh. I enjoy interesting people and good conversation immensely.
My free-time is typically spent doing something outdoors like traveling, sports, hiking, or just lounging poolside. I love to cook, though I’m a pretty mediocre chef at this point and watching Food Network has only made me realize how much I have left to learn! What the hell is a mandolin anyway?? I like to read (but usually have several books started at one time), listen to live music (anything everything) and to watch movies (especially those you’ve already seen 100 times or the really AWFUL ones that come on at 2am in the morning). I work out fairly regularly and have recently started running more. I did a 5k in April and am doing a mud run as well as a 10k in the fall.
I’m not much into dating without purpose anymore and would really like to find someone who complements me and who I can ultimately share life with. That sounds pretty simple but lately I’ve found it difficult to meet �quality’ people as there are a lot of single women out there with major emotional baggage or who are just plain crazy! If this is you, please read no further as I’ve definitely hit my quota on that. Then again,… do crazy people really know that they are crazy??? Hmmmm. If however, you are an independent, caring, laid-back person with a good heart - I’d love to meet you. I prefer women who are intelligent, who have an opinion, who are friendly, comfortable in their own skin and who are generally happy. If you�re super high maintenance, pretentious or a complete couch-potato we probably aren’t going to be a good fit. Also, the only drama I like is on the television or the big screen so let’s keep that to a minimum too if possible.

I am passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a discipline that keeps me in shape and keeps my mind sharp. Training helps to relieve stress … there’s something great about being in the moment, where all the stress just melts away and the only thing left is what is currently going on. Physically beneficial, but also mentally. Jiu Jitsu is similar to a game of chess, you have to think a step or two ahead. This keeps me mentally sharp both on and off the mat. Overall, I feel and look better because of it—and have made some wonderful friends in the process.
