Getting in shape and being healthier is something I have been working on for awhile now and while I'm not quite where I want to be yet I am getting there (38lbs lost so far only about 10-15 left to go). I love going hiking/biking as exercise because it is a lot more fun than going to the gym or watching an exercise DVD.
I work in purchasing at a foam packaging company. I feel like Hank Hill whenever I describe the things we do here at work because for people who don't work here I am sure it sounds like selling propane and propane accessories.

I will be graduating from college in December with a degree in mechanical engineering and possibly working out here after that. As for the internship, I love it and I'm really glad I chose the major I did.
I love snowboarding, wake-boarding, camping, Ultimate Frisbee, playing basketball or just doing whatever comes up spur of the moment. Besides that I enjoy relaxing and watching movies, listening to music or going out for drinks with friends. I find thunder and snow storms awesome and strangely relaxing. Something about them reminds me whose really in charge when life gets hectic.
Overall I'm pretty easygoing and an extremely loyal person. I value church, family and friends and I have lots of plans for the future, but is nothing set in stone because that just ruins the fun of making it up as you go along. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and I enjoy witty banter, but I'm not one to constantly be the life of the party.
Growing up I mostly listened to Rock and Alternative Rock, but over the last couple years I have really been getting into Country and some Blue Grass. Some of my favorite artists are: Lucky Boys Confusion, JET, Skillet, Trampled by Turtles, Billy Currington, Luke Bryan, Black Stone Cherry, Less than Jake, Three Days Grace, Flipsyde, Pepper and so many more. I really love my music and I hope I can find someone else who does as well.
