Date men and women from United States / Alaska / Soldotna, 67 year old

Date a man from Alaska, United States. I retired from the teaching profession in 1994 after 26 years of teaching. It was also in that year that my 27 year marriage failed and I have been alone every since, with the exception of a couple relationships that didn't work out.
I divide my time between two locations. Currently I spend my summers in Soldotna Alaska, where I own a home, and my winters in Mesa Arizona, where I have a park model in a resort. I have lived in Alaska since 1976 (18 of those in Anchorage, the past 17 on the Kenai Peninsula). I've been traveling to Arizona, in the winter, since 1999.
Yes, I am a smoker. If it's any consolation, I do not smoke in my home(s) and I am very much aware of who is around me when I do light-up.
I enjoy quite a few outdoor activities. I sport fish in the summers (have to fill the old freezer, right?). I am heavily involved in competitive practical pistol shooting. I enjoy boating, bicycling, walking, and golf. I seem to find lots of time for reading. I also enjoy working in my yard. I'm proud of the flowers I plant each spring, making my yard and home very colorful.
I think of myself as a warm, loving person that likes to hold hands, show affection, snuggle, and appreciates the same in a companion. I am financially secure and have no debts or liabilities. I am looking for someone to share the beauty of life with--friends first, long term relationship--the goal.

Meet a soulmate from Alaska, United States. I am loyal and honest and enjoy life. I am grateful to (have been a wife),as well as a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, etc. Some people never get to experience the fullness of these relationships. I am glad to be involved in a career of guiding and helping to nurture young children. I am looking for someone who has a sense of humor, is non-judgmental, enjoys life and is easy to talk to.
