Meet someone special from United States. I've built a large but unconventional home outside Homer which is a very beautiful place on earth. I have 2 dogs, a cat, chickens. In the summer I do a large garden (especially potatoes) and turkeys sometimes honey bees. I have a 16 year old son(with me every other 2 weeks) but almost out of the home. I much enjoy being a father. I am a new father also (2 yrs), but sadly was never destined to be a family with them. I'm a singer/songwriter w/4 music C.D. albums. I'm a long time Alaskan mostly Homer. I'm a vested union carpenter. I make some money as a landlord. I go out to listen to live music or perform occasionally. I may be described as somewhere between hillbilly and hippie. I'm well occupied at home. I'd be very good/loving/passionate/providing to the right woman. I often perform at summer music festivals playing guitar/harmonica (Reverend Poor Child is my stage name, you can google if interested in my music). Religion interests me, I've read the major books, but subscribe to none. I try to Sabbath/fast/rest one day a week. I'd love to save the world, or at least make it a little better place than when I came. I am against war/injustice. I like to travel now and again, (I speak Spanish ok) and love a sunny beach. I'm rebuilding a wind generator. I'm building a house/cabin out back. I'm young at heart and Verile. Winter fun;... dog sled or x-country ski, walk the beach. Summer fun;... canoe, camp out, berry pick, maybe fish or visit my little cabin in the bush near Trapper Creek. Like to swim. Yes, I'll watch a movie or now and then. I'm healthy, disease free and endowed OK. What else... I don't really drink except the occasional wine or beer. I've studied and am interested in Philosophy/religion, wild edible plants, and midwifery, music, and am well read. I'm babbling now (I have free internet). This thing is going to turn into a book! I'm not really so egotistical as I probably sound, nor materialistic. I'm always direct/honest with my thoughts/opinions/feelings and not afraid to tell you (at least once).
