I have achieved the things in life I wanted when it comes to my work but I am still missing the most important part a partner to share my travels and adventures. I read so many ads on here about people who say they want travel and love adventure but I have yet to meet someone who wants to live as free from the burdens of material things and just enjoy life similar to myself. Is there anyone out there who really wants to see the world and that includes the good and bad, not just the places tourists go, I don’t see the point in going somewhere if you are not going to see the real people and learn how they live and learn their culture by staying in a place that is designed to make you feel like you are still in America. When I go places I want to go where the real people are, not just spend my time with a bunch of tourists who don’t ever learn anything about the culture or people that live there. I also love the challenge and enjoy the perspective it provides to see what the rest of the world is like and get out of the protective shell created by the government here in the united states, It makes you appreciate things and gives you a better perspective of what life is about when you see what really makes people happy. And I know it is not having an fancy car or the biggest house on the block.
I am also a strong believer in how important communication is, I do not like people who cannot communicate or hide their feelings. I think if two people cannot share everything especially the bad stuff, because it is easy to share the good things, then you really are not partners. To really be with someone you have to feel free to say anything. If not then there is no intimacy and without that there is no deep connection and no real love.
I have tried to send out a few emails here but receive so few responses. It is everyone some superficial that they can look at a picture and decide that it is not worth a few minutes to try and get to know someone. How do you know what kind of person you are passing up on when you make your decision based on a brief description and a couple of pictures,. Is it that easy to choose the love of your life? I just wonder why it is so difficult for people to communicate a little and talk before making a decision. Is there something I am missing because I don’t think it is possible to make a decision about someone without spending a little time communicating not because they have a pretty picture. Maybe it is just me or are people here afraid to talk with someone who might be a little different, because if so then I guess I am wasting my time. Because I am definitely not one of the what people on here say is normal and I hope I never become one of those people that write the blathering stuff about how great they are and how wonderful they treat women and how great they are at everything they do. Is that really what women want to hear a bunch of lies about how great men are and how much money they make and they will treat you like a princess and blah blah. Do people really believe that is true and if so why are they on here. Because surely if they are that perfect and happy and giving and caring and kind and funny they would have already found so many partners they would not have time to waste on the internet. I am here because between work and my training schedule I just don’t have time to go meet people and I being a traveler makes it more difficult to find people in a place like anchorage where people seem to be worried about talking or socializing with strangers.
well that should give you some idea of what kind of things I think about and maybe someone willing to take a little risk in life will give me a chance. Because there is no way I can describe what I am like with a few words and I am not going to write the same bunch of lies other men write. If you ask me what I like to do the answer will be pretty basic and is mostly shown in my photos but please don't think me just a motorhead guy, I also like doing projects around the house and woodworking.
