I rather spend my time hanging out with friend and family than going to the bar. Although i have been known to cut loose on occasion. I am scared of wasting my life away in unhappiness. I work my butt off to live the way I do, so in my off time I like to take full advantage of it. I am on a 5 year plan to be living on a beach somewhere at least half the year and hopefully a 10 year plan to be completely retired. I would really like to start a family before i am too old to play with my kids. A wise man said “Life goes by pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
I am always interested in talking business. I travel the majority of the time I am not working. I read voraciously. I try to better myself every chance I get. I spend a lot of time in the gym working out and playing racquetball. I enjoy good educated discussions, I can’t stand small talk.
I want to meet someone that is well read, well traveled, and educated. Someone that is independent but can be in a relationship. Someone that is motivated and has goals. I want someone that is a family person, outgoing, caring, and reliable. Someone that is responsible but a little spontaneous. I want someone that has a good work ethic and plans for the future. I am a goofy, flirty, crazy person that loves to make people to laugh. Yes, if you have a sad, I will some of the dumbest things in order to make you either smile or laugh. I am very loyal friend (almost sounds like a dog doesn't it, just don't shoot me if I bite, plus I'll do my best not to hump your leg), and compassionate (sometimes I think it's a curse, because some people try to take advantage of it). I do consider myself very responsible, due to what I went through life with so far. For past time, I love to play pool/billiards (been doing it for 12 years now and can play a pretty good game), Poker (any card game ... even play in local tournaments in the area), play sports (not the greatest, but can hold up okay in most of them), read books (yes, I am a dork when it comes to this, but helps past time), listening to music (everything and anything just about), watch TV & movies, play computer games, get creative with some applications and websites at times (oh, yeah, I forgot to mention I am a geek). I feel my parents brought me up right with respect and common courtesy, in which I do apply everywhere I go.

There’s just something about perusing pictures of women on the internet while sending them random winks and e-mails that makes me feel like I should be in a dark room somewhere, looking over my shoulder waiting for the FBI to come knocking on the door. You would think there would be a better way than this to meet someone. But here we are, so I guess we better make the best of it….so here goes nothing.
I’m a CPA and I work as the controller for a private company, though I think most people don’t think I fit the normal accountant stereotype. I have a good head on my shoulders, own my home, and like to think I’ve been pretty successful in my life so far. Recently I’ve felt like I’ve been missing something from my life and I believe that something is a someone to share life with. I think if I ask those that know me, they would describe me as intelligent and nice. I enjoy going out to dinner with friends and getting a few drinks. I also like just staying at home and watching a good movie. I spend a lot of time outdoors in the summer. Between riding my motorcycle, chasing fish on the boat, or just going to the shotgun range I find myself pretty busy.
My ideal match would have a good head on her shoulders; someone who is smart, intelligent and easy going. They would enjoy the outdoors, do things like fishing, camping, shooting, traveling or at least be willing to try them OR at the VERY least understand these are things I love doing and is okay with that. I don't think that it's important that a couple have to do everything together, but it would be nice to find something to share.
