I’ve been single for 5 years after a 20-year marriage. I'm in a great place spiritually and emotionally. My career is established. Thanks to some serious divine intervention, as well as a couple of smart career and life decisions, I’m financially solid. My kids are stretching their wings. Two are adults but choose to remain at home to save money while going to college/grad school. None have student loans, and my goal is to get them out of college debt free. One loves to cook and grocery shop, the other is a laundry expert, so I'm completely enjoying their company! Plus, they help carpool their brother and his football buddies, so life is good! My maternal role has evolved from primary caretaker to adviser/counselor: “Hey, Mom, what do you think about….” I now have the flexibility to travel anytime, anywhere.

I have just recently moved back home to Alabama where people know the value of family and friends.Am at a stage where I am starting my life anew.I am a quiet and reserved person until I get to know you. Coming from a large family most people think that I would be more outgoing and talkative.Its because of the large family that I am quiet and reserved, being the youngest I never was able to get much of a word in on conversations. I enjoy cooking, reading a good book with a glass of wine every now and then. I like to go to the beach, enjoy being out on the water either fishing or just out on a nice boat ride for the day. One day I would like to be able to visit old cities where lots of history has been made. Family means the world to me, without them where would you be. On one hand you have people that you can fight with but know that they would be the ones to help back you up in any situation. I have two young adults.
