An enormous deck around back allows me to spend quiet evenings preparing succulent dishes on the grill, and countless things served are actually picked fresh from the garden beforehand. Sounds of musicians such as Joe Bonamassa, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Dream Theater fill the air-causing the days' troubles to seem like distant memories never to be experienced again, and often times the tranquil sound of our feathered friends is more suited for such moments of calmness that somehow elude our daily lives.
The backyard is filled with just about any kind of edible that you can imagine, and one's salivary glands might go into a frenzy if only to see what lay hidden amongst the well kempt foliage of the plants residing there. That which isn't enjoyed for my own purpose is eagerly given to the occasional empty hand - for one can always plant more than needed for those not able to grow for themselves.
Rarely does a day go by that my German Shepherd and I not spend several moments in the garden admiring the new life that has been coaxed to flourish from what was previously only a tiny seed in the palm of my hand. It is the epitome of what a perfect growing ecosystem should be like, and has taught me a lot about how most things in life should be cared for, as well.
In my spare time I enjoy the occasional brief weekend getaway for a music festival, barbecue competition, camping trip, or even pulling a few fish from one of the beautiful lakes in the area of which I live. Either pastime is something greatly enjoyed by myself, and I would hope that my new partner would enjoy some of these things too.
The property is adorned with many things constructed by myself - most of which add aesthetics to the landscape, of course. Each was handcrafted with all of the passion and ability within my being, and it always brings joy to my heart to construct things from wood to the delight of others.
I'm 6'3", 215 lbs. - which is the size of most college football quarterbacks. Therefore, athletic and toned is exactly what I am - due to at least 1,200 sit-ups performed and 10 miles walked each week.
I'm looking for someone that has realistic goals, doesn't smoke, and can form a lasting relationship built on trust. Also, someone that wouldn't mind occasionally being pampered by spontanaeity and romanticism would be great.
