It is great way to relieve stress! I'm always doing something and can't sit still for long. I'm very laid back though but not lazy. I'm a hard worker and a true southern gentleman.
I'm not all jock though. I love to read or go watch a Broadway show. I absolutely love the science channel and I am always trying to learn something new. Knowledge is power! :-)
