I grew up an Army brat. My Army career started and ended here at Ft. Benning. My parents retired here when I was 20 and my dad is still very involved in Government Services. I have one older brother who also is local with his family. It is nice to finally be settled in one area. On that note, I am open to dating military yet hopeful that I will find someone who intends to stay in the area.
I am in a job I love and have been with for 12 years now. I work for a credit card processer/servicer and think it is the absolute best company to work for...on most days. :0)
am very eclectic in what I like to do. Just to name a few: Most sports (watching/playing depending on the sport), 4 wheeling, horseback riding, going to the movies, shopping (of course), hiking, bowling, etc. I'm not big on the party/club scene.
My long term dream is to have a family, but life lessons have taught me to get out and meet people and let God handle the rest. In His perfect time, I know the right guy will come along. Some things I would like to see in my guy are honesty, respect, sense of humor, affectionate, responsible, willing to get to know each others friends and those important in each others life, a man who not only is willing, but wants to go to church and get involved. I must be honest and say that I haven't been to church in some time (finding it hard to find one where I feel comfortable on my own) but my faith is strong and it is something I really would like to emserse myself back into. Sarcasm is okay in the right type of conversation, but if that's all you have...we'll clash! Heavy drinking our drinking to get drunk is a major turn off too me at this age. Hopefully you know how to have a good time without lots of booz. I am human enough to admit there must be physical chemistry as well and hope that if you contact me, there are pics (I've posted mine...I wanna see your pics too!). :0)
I am pretty straightforward with my thoughts, I tend to want to nurture people and I love to have fun and try new things. Traveling is awesome and I wish I could do more of it.
