About me:
I have a perpetual smile and an energetic and optimistic approach to life. I served about 14 yrs (active and reserve) in the Army before becoming a HS English teacher. I've traveled around the world (Italy, Germany, Greece, Turkey, and throughout the States, from Seattle and San Francisco to New York). I’ve settled down here in Alabama, but still would love to visit places such as the Grand Canyon, the Northeast U.S.—and I’m trying to get back to see Italy one more time! I’ve got 3 grown-and gone-children, and 6 grandkids. (I’m one of 10 children myself!) I love God and His Son Jesus, my family, my church family and my country. I’d love to chat with you…maybe that spark is there for us!
