. How to describe myself. . . hmmm? I enjoy life and love people for the most part. I sometimes like to sip on a glass of wine or drink a cold beer and love to dine out. One of my favorite past times is going out with friends or on a date and partaking in some live music. Actually any kind of live music is fabulous to me. I just love the energy! I think probably the only music I donРІР‚в„ўt much care for is polka and I could probably get into that as well in the company of fun loving friends. Sometimes I may even get frisky and enjoy a nice cigar.
I would classify myself as a foodie. I like to cook. I love to grill and would entertain more often if given the time. I stay pretty busy between my career, my children, and just recently began my studies once again, so I am adjusting to being a student. I really don't know how people find the time, but I guess I can forego a little sleep to make it happen. I pray that I have some brain cells left from my first go around as an undergrad. LOL!

I am a caring person, but rude people often frustrate me. So, I try to avoid the rude people of the world or at least keep them out of my space. I like to treat others as I wish to be treated. One of my greatest strengths is that I am loyal to those I care about and I like to think that I am a good listener. I am trustworthy and often referred to as encouraging. I was married for 14 years and with the same man for 18 years, which means that I was with the same person for about half of my life. We met in college. Now I am enjoying my life as a single woman and loving the fact that I have the freedom and ambition to take my life in any direction that I choose. Life is short. . . I do know that. So, I am pursuing my goals and dreams and doing my best to build a good solid foundation for myself and for my beautiful children. I am trying to show them that we all must search for those things in life that we are passionate about, as these pursuits lead us to lifelong happiness.

. Hmmm, who am I and what am I looking for? First and foremost, a real man, no more flakes PLEASE! OK, I am a pretty happy person, don't let that opening line fool you. I am learning the longer I am on here the more I find out what I do not want, and that's scary. My friends describe me as laid back, outgoing, silly, and optimistic.I adapt pretty easily in new situations I work in the hotel industry, but my true passion is film making (acting). I have been blessed with the opportunity to work on quite a few feature films. Unfortunately my full time job at the hotel limits my ability to do as much film work as I would like to. I love the water, and really enjoy fishing and boating. I am looking for someone who is stable in their career and has a great sense of humor, and doesn't mind the fact that I work odd hours. I don't have children, but I don't mind if you do. I enjoy dining out and trying new places. I am not a huge fan of hanging out in bars, once in awhile is alright, but not something I like to do every weekend. This is not my first attempt here on match, but I'm hoping it's my last. We are all human and far from perfect, flaws are what makes us who we are, and I am a fan of embracing that notion. I love to laugh at myself when I do something stupid, and hopefully you do too. I am kind of clumsy, tend to trip over my own feet at times, and am hoping to find someone who will catch me when I do :) UPDATE...I have gotten several emails asking if I live in NOLA or Orange Beach. I live and work fulltime in Orange Beach...well I work at a resort in Gulf Shores.
