Date people from Alabama, United States. I was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado where we've seen snow in July. I recently moved to south east Alabama for a job opportunity that has turned out to be an amazing experience. I'm still fairly new to the area, and don't know many people outside of work and my roommate. Moving to the south has been quite an adventure. It seems like everyday I learn something new about life in the south compared to the midwest.
I was raised with very traditional values, going to church on Sundays, large family meals every sunday afternoon, and that if I'm going to do something, I'm going to see it through and put everything I can into it. The biggest adjustment about moving so far from CO has been not seeing all of my family regularly. I'm a very laid back person and don't get worked up over much of anything. I like to play and watch most any sport from golf (just learning) to baseball and basketball. I love playing and watching baseball.
