Date people from United States. Who am I? I am a divorced mother of two wonderful active children, ages 9 and 11. They are the center of my world and the motivation for just about everything I do. I am also a member of a wonderful loving family. We support each other even if we want to ring one anotherРІР‚в„ўs necks sometimes. I am a loyal friend. We might not get to see each other often, but I would move heaven and earth to be there if they needed me. I am an artist that does not spend enough time creating art. I have a bad habit of letting life get in the way of that. I am also a student and teacher. I have a BFA in Graphic Design and a MasterРІР‚в„ўs in Social Science Education. I am currently working on my MFA and I will get to teach an undergrad course this fall. (SO EXCITED)
My interests are wide and vary greatly. Most people donРІР‚в„ўt realize how much I enjoy the outdoor (mainly because the sun is NOT my friend and I maybe one of the few people who carry spf 100 in their purse). However, I like to hike, camp (even though I go very rarely) and whitewater rafting was some of the most fun I have ever had. I love animals, have been known to play video games, donРІР‚в„ўt mind long road trips and I always was a book to read. I can go days without turning on the TV, but I love movies and my DVR. There is a lot that I have never done, but I am willing to try just about anything once. I recently started working out and I really like it. I probably am not doing it right, but I figure if I am sweating it is better for my health than sitting on the couch. I hope that life does not get in the way.
I do my best to be a loving, honest, caring, loyal, funny, supportive, determined, creative, intelligent, open minded and easygoing person. Sometime I fail at that, but no one is perfect. However, I donРІР‚в„ўt play games. I might be too honest sometimes, but never mean out of spite.
So what am I looking for? I want a man who can be my friend. Someone I can enjoy common interests with, but who will understand that we donРІР‚в„ўt have to spend every second of the day together. A man with strong family values, if you have children they should be a priority in your life. You will not meet my children right away. I am going to have to know you are someone I want in my life before I let you in to theirs. My kids have a father, but if you want a relationship with me they are part of the deal. I was a stay at home mom for 11 years so I am not wear I want to be in my career, but I am working to get there. If you are not where you want to be you should be working to get there. The past is the past, we have all made mistakes. Life is about how we pick up the piece and move forward.
