When I can't get away, I try to stay in shape by riding my moutain bike. God is first in my life,but my spouse would be a close second. - Sports - participating and watching. Sports fan although not fanatical. Primary sports of interest - baseball, basketball, football and golf.
- Working out 2-4 times a week to stay fit
- Good wine - generally seem to prefer reds over whites
- Single malt scotch every now and then
