I love strong independent, self sufficient, successful women who are capable of finding the time to have a loving committed relationship in their life. Emotional Intelligence is a must. My last two jobs were in the military and I was expected to keep up with folks that were 20-30 years younger than me. I enjoyed and met that challenge.I relish dinning, both in and out. I've been told I'm a pretty talented chef. I recently bought an smoker and this has been a summer of barbecue.I enjoy travel and just returned from living overseas for the last 5 1/2 years. I had the good fortune to visit 21 countries in that time. Never-the-less, I nest well and just finished remodeling my 100 year old house that had been rented while I was gone.I'm spending my retirement developing my artistic side. I've been a photographer for a long time and recently developed an interest in ceramics and pottery. I am devoted to learning new things and try to expand my horizons each yea with something different. Sometimes it something mundane like using a sewing machine. Sometimes it's a high level excitement like flying an F-16 or scuba diving.
