So, if you know me personally--keep this under wraps!...don't tell a soul! Ha I would sincerely appreciate someone who can help encourage me into becoming more "fit". I was a little stressed this past year, and let that affect my habits and weight. I'm not morbidly obese or anything, but could stand some regular exercise habits! I want to get back to the "old me"...but the person I am now is good too!
