Date a soulmate from Attalla, United States. Probably the most significant thing about my life so far is that I lived in Ukraine as a Youth Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps. I was in a village of about 4 or 5 thousand and I work in a secondary school teaching healthy lifestyles and some English. It's was a really good experience. I speak Russian pretty well, and I adjusted well to life there, though I missed home sometimes. travelled in Eastern Europe some while I was there, and had a great time, and met a lot of really interesting people. I am an adventerous person. I love to try new things, especially outdoor type things. I want to sky dive, scuba dive, and just about everything once. I'm a type B person in that I don't get stressed out, nor do I need to have things done in any certain timeline, though I've never missed a deadline. I work at a Goodyear tire plant as an area manager. I'm laid back, and easy to be with. I'm stable emotionally, and not given to outbursts (except while watching Alabama or Etowah football; I love football by the way). I love kids, and they generally think I'm pretty awesome. After college and before I went to the Peace Corps, I worked in a home for adjudicated boys. I love to travel! I went to San Francisco last summer and had a great time! I like the mountains, and anything on the water.
Around here I just go to the local bars, especially when they have good bands. I like to fish some, and there is great fishing here. During the football season, I go to the local high school games. Also, I hang out with friends when I can. I have a sister in Atlanta, so I go there sometimes and I usually have a good time.
As far as dating goes, I don't really have any real preferences as far as looks (I just want to be attracted to a girl who I'm dating, but there is really no one body type to which I'm attracted), lifestyle, etc. I tend to like people who are outgoing, and like to do outdoor things. I'm more concerned about moral stuff, like loyality, sense of consideration, and the like. I love meeting people, so I will take anyone out on a first date. I try to do interesting things on dates, which is honestly kind of risky as far as getting a second date goes! However, in Etowah county there really isn't a whole lot of things to do. Just your typical dinner and a movie, though there are plays and concerts around frequently.
